F'd Ad Fridays: Nude Modelling Camp (sounds totally legit)

Photographer Beau Picasso is keeping the dream alive for short, creepy men everywhere. He has apparently found a way to convince women to pay him to take them to isolated locations where they strip naked and pose for his camera.

And it's not even a professional camera.

"Models are whisked from the airport to a reception at the roof top pool of the five-star Elysée Palace hotel, where they meet the other models from around the world. They are assigned to shared apartments (three models fit quite comfortably) and they start to get excited about the next morning’s shoot at Coco Beach.
A relaxed photo shoot with Beau and his female assistants (who are also photographers) is sometimes interrupted by swims in the Mediterranean and sun tanning. Then, perhaps, a sunset picnic on the beach and an excited conversation about the next day’s shoot.
Our camps provide shared apartment style accommodations with complete kitchen, wifi access and 24-hour security. We are only steps away from the beach, food, culture, and shopping. A 50% deposit is required upon registration and the balance is due before camp begins."

Here's one of Beau's softcore porn infomercials. It contains nudity and sleaze:

  1. It seems that a few disenchanted models have created an echo chamber of complaints against me. Let me add some vital information to the discussion.

    1) Second or third party hearsay comments lack credibility. I do not know nor have I ever been interviewed by Animal or Zoo New York, so, as common for the internet, the reporting lacks credibility and borders on libel and slander. Those are legal terms, folks.

    2) I have determined the source of this childish behavior and am taking legal action. I kindly suggest that the above mentioned, including Mr. Dorsey, not get suckered into some personal attack orchestrated by a certain Solveiga, who missed at least three photo shoots, and her accomplice Roberta, a former flame of mine. Damage assessments will be less if you act quickly. I kindly suggest you do so!

    3) All the models have signed releases and which on file in my office and have been sent to the police and to my attorneys. As there are two sides to every story, I find documentation, paper, photograph and video helps.

    4) No one has permission to publish my image, remove the posts and the images immediately. You do not have my expressed or implied permission to use my image. Your opinions are untutored. The comments... creepy, bald, manipulative and the ominous "be careful, ladies" are the stuff of children. Ask any of the models if I made a pass at them, flirted with them, asked them to dinner or dance. I never recruit at bars or clubs, or ply the models with drugs or alcohol. Their comments have no merit.

    5) Over the past few months I have tried to get my web designer to make changes to the web site, but to no avail. He wants more money, likely due to the comments he sees here. In Queens we call that a "shakedown" and it has never worked with me or any of my Sicilian blood over the centuries. I wish I could to more and have at least 20 emails begging changes. The telephone is never answered on his end, so I am in a state of stasis. The page is in development, but now arrested development.

    6) I have been somewhat selective of what I have posted, attempting to show the models in a positive light. You see a lot of smiling faces but not many have attained my exacting standards. None of them came to me with a zed card or portfolio, and that is a pretty standard game to charge models for this and give them false hope. Instead I offer a vital fitness and nutrition program and nearly all fail.

    7) I was happy to work creatively with the models, they were only at the beginning of a vigorous process, but instead this atmosphere of intrigue and hostility has been created, chilling any creativity. I have been contacted by many people asking to book "this or that" model, but why should I bother after what has happened?

    8) I have followed these postings for months, but due to family illness, I spend my positive energy there and try to reduce the negative energy. Many models have asked to comment in support, but my reading of the situation, based on the behavior of this gaggle, is that all postings in my favor (even this one?) will be expeditiously removed.

    9) Finally, I have a screen grab of Solveiga admitting, on a posting to Model Mayhem, that she is orchestrating this illegal behavior knowingly and with aforethought. This will be introduced in court.
